Dansk Byggeri, the Danish Construction Association, is a key organization within the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), representing and advocating for the interests of companies across the Danish construction sector. Our work with Dansk Industri focused on enhancing their digital infrastructure to better serve their members within the DI Byggeri branch. We developed and implemented a comprehensive online platform encompassing a course system and a dedicated member service area. This initiative was designed to streamline access to resources, improve member engagement, and optimize their internal administrative processes.

 

  • Streamlining course administration and accessibility: We implemented a user-friendly course system within the Umbraco content management system. This allows DI Byggeri to efficiently manage their training programs, from scheduling and registration to providing course materials and tracking member participation. This enhancement reduces administrative overhead and improves the accessibility of valuable learning resources for their members.

  • Enhancing member support and self-service capabilities: We developed a dedicated member service area integrated into the Umbraco platform. This provides DI Byggeri members with a centralized hub to access exclusive content, manage their membership details, and find relevant information. This improves member autonomy and reduces the need for direct administrative support for common inquiries.

  • Seamless integration with Membercare for efficient member data management: We established robust integrations between the Umbraco platform and DI Byggeri's Membercare system. This ensures a smooth flow of member data between the platforms, eliminating manual data entry, improving data accuracy, and providing a unified view of member information for better service and communication.
